  We have appointment to delivery at 10 am. There are five trucks before us already. Look like they do unload one truck at the time. Two hours nothing move. My husband walk up to find out and they told him our appointment is 2:30 pm. Ha ha ha We didn't get pay for sitting here and our time is matter. They behind schedule they need to fix their problems not just push everyone schedules. My husband call the dispatch if they not unload now someone have to pay detention or we are leaving with their load. By noon they start to call three truck same time to unload. You need to speak up not just sitting in the truck wait for them to call you. Your time is value. When the truck running is mean $$$$. If you have a lot of patient next time bring knitting to kill time.
