  I'm very disappointed with this company. I need my fence installed! I feel I made a huge mistake by selecting Region. I gave much MORE than the required deposit & promised by the owner - Andrea, that this small job could be "worked into the schedule" over a couple of days --- when doing other jobs in Manteno (which they had many planned). I have left multiple messages. I am very upset, since it was the SERVICE that Andrea provided me (in the sales process) that was the basis of my decision to go with Region over the others --- it was not price. This fence is not a convenience thing --- it is a necessary situation that is causing me daily grief by not having it. I WANT AN INSTALL DATE and then to never see these people again... I understand scheduling is not an exact science -- yet, the lazy "don't care" attitude I get on the phone and being told "we don't know when and we will call to schedule something later". SURE? Give me YOUR $2,000 to hold YOU hostage and I'll call you later....
